Field Service Representative - Europe

Location: Europe - Home / Field-Based

Territory: Italy & wider European region

Salary: €115,000 per annum

Travel: Up to 75%

Licence: FAA or EASA Part-66 B1 or B2

TARCG has been appointed to identify an experienced Field Service Representative for a key technical appointment within the European customer support organisation of a leading international business aviation group.

Operating across Italy and the wider European region, the FSR will act as a trusted technical interface between the organisation and its aircraft operators, providing in-market support across technical issues, defect resolution and AOG events.

This is not a conventional certifying engineer position. It is a highly autonomous, customer-facing appointment requiring strong technical experience, sound judgement and the professional credibility to represent the organisation directly with operators.

The position is home/field-based. Candidates do not need to reside in Italy but must be suitably located within Europe and comfortable travelling extensively throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a regional technical point of contact for aircraft operators and flight departments.
  • Provide on-site and remote technical support across the assigned territory.
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of aircraft defects and technical issues.
  • Support and coordinate AOG and non-AOG events.
  • Provide technical guidance to operators and maintenance organisations.
  • Coordinate with engineering, product support and specialist technical teams.
  • Support aircraft Entry Into Service and post-delivery technical matters.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with operators throughout the region.

Candidates should demonstrate:

  • EASA Part-66 B1 or B2 licence / or FAA
  • Proven hands-on Gulfstream aircraft experience.
  • Strong Gulfstream systems, troubleshooting and fault-finding knowledge.
  • Experience across scheduled, unscheduled and AOG maintenance.
  • Ability to operate autonomously and make sound technical decisions.
  • Strong customer-facing communication and professional presence.
  • Fluent English.
  • Ability to travel extensively - up to approximately 75%.
  • A suitable European base from which to support the territory.
  • Existing right to live and work in the European Union

A current Gulfstream type rating and experience across multiple Gulfstream aircraft types would be highly advantageous.

TARCG welcomes confidential approaches from suitably qualified individuals. All applications and expressions of interest will be handled with appropriate discretion.
